TIPS FOR HTV
These suits are 82% nylon and 18% spandex and can be used with regular HTV - you need to REALLY press hard to make sure the HTV sticks into the fabric of the swimsuits, but it is do-able with regular HTV. 

I use my heat press on heavy pressure. I press once, then remove the carrier sheet cover with parchment paper and re-press. You NEED to be able to see the lines of the suit through the vinyl to insure it will stick.

If you are ordering from multiple buy-ins then your order will not ship until everything from your order is here, please do not mix buy-ins unless you are ok with that. Otherwise you can place separate orders and everything will ship once it arrives separately! 

Processing Time

Our goal is to process orders within 1-2 business days; however, processing times may fluctuate depending on the volume of orders. For the latest information, please refer to the banner at the top of our website.

If there is an issue with your order we will reach out via email, this may effect processing time.

Pre-Orders & In Stock Items

Your order will be shipped once complete. Therefore, if your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we will hold the entire order until all items are available to ship together.

For this reason, we suggest placing in-stock items and pre-order items on separate orders, unless you do not mind waiting.

You are always welcome to split up a shipment, an additional ship fee may be required. Reach out to us if you would like to split an order!

Shipping & Returns

We offer flat rate $20 shipping (some exclusions apply) and FREE shipping on orders over $300 (some exclusions apply)

Certain exclusions apply, such as rural or remote addresses, and orders that include large items, such as cases of mugs or 40oz tumblers. Orders of this nature may incur additional shipping charges, but we will always cover a portion of your shipping.

Sales are final, however your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you have any sort of issue with your order, reach out! We will make it right!
