Tips for sublimation - Settings may vary depending on your equipment.
- Tumbler Press - 180c for 45 seconds (rotating for full wrap if needed)
- Convection Oven - 180c for 4-5 minutes turning half way
Can you use these for more than sublimation?
Absolutely, you can personalize these any way you would typically personalize a cup! Vinyl, printable vinyl or epoxy are all great suggestions!

Cases are not eligible for free shipping; a $20 shipping fee will be applied to orders containing a case of mugs. Typically, there is only one shipping fee per order, no matter the number of cases purchased. However, depending on your address and the specifics of your order, there may be a shipping fee for each case.

Will my pre-order and in stock items ship together?
If you need to order in stock and pre-order items we do suggest placing two separate orders unless you are ok waiting on everything to arrive before we ship it.
We will hold your order until everything arrives and ship it together. If you accidently order pre-order, reach out! We can always split up a pre-order/in stock order, there would just be an additional shipping fee needing to be paid.

What does shipping Cost?
We offer a flat rate shipping of $20 and we will always prefer to ship your items courier.
We also offer free shipping on all orders over $300
We do try to honour our flat rate & free shipping thresholds whenever possible - however; some addresses are exceptionally expensive to ship to, so we may contact you with a shipping overage.
